Bailey isn’t just my Border Collie—he’s the soul of The Upcycled Soap Company and Our Chief Inspiration Officer. When he needed urgent vet care, I found myself flipping through old cookbooks, desperate for a way to help. That search led me to a beer soap recipe in a Tooheys New cookbook—and changed everything.

Without Bailey, this company wouldn’t exist.
Without that vet bill, I might never have found my purpose.

Since then, Bailey’s gained a sidekick—Sophie, The Upcycled Soap Company's Chief Emotional Support Officer, our second Border Collie and Bailey’s very best friend. They’re inseparable. Whether they’re chasing each other through the garden or snoozing side by side in the soap studio, they remind me daily what really matters: love, loyalty, and living with purpose.

Bailey still keeps an eye on every batch (usually from his favorite nap spot), while Sophie handles quality control with tail wags and kisses. This business is for them—and for anyone who’s ever tried to turn love, stress, and necessity into something meaningful.
